Cope of Conduct
To all business partners:
The Truly group forwards the following code of conduct to guide our business partners in dealing with our staff members to ensure our business is up to the highest ethical practice.
Truly will only accept souvenir, valuables and/or cash from business partner on a company-to-company level and in the spirit of enhancing mutual relationships. The acceptance must be authorized by the Truly’s president or his appointed representative and a signed receipt must be kept by both parties.
Aside from the above commercial protocol , all business partner and/or its staff member and/or agents are not allowed to offer and/or inquiry to offer, directly or indirectly, benefits in any forms, including but not limited to, cash, valuables, entertainments, stocks and shares, rebates and commissions ect. to any Truly staff member and/or his associates, including but not limited to next of kin, relatives, connected parties and/or persons.
When Truly becomes aware of such irregularities forth mentioned, we will immediately terminate the business relationship with the involved party, who will bear all consequential and subsequential losses and full responsibilities due to its misconduct. We will further turn the case to Chinese police and/or anti-corruption agencies or the HK ICAC accordingly for investigation and prosecution. Truly will also take all necessary legal actions to safeguard its legitimate rights.
Our business partner can contact the following authorized persons if they have any doubt on this policy or encounter suspicious and/or bribery demand from our staff members, with all supporting document and/or evidence.
